When you come to Westfield Presbyterian Church on a Sunday morning the first thing you will notice are the smiles and conversation of people who genuinely enjoy one another and go out of their way to make people feel welcome.
Our traditional worship service, which takes place at 11:00am, features familiar hymns, a children’s sermon, beautiful organ and piano music, and heartfelt prayers. What sets the service apart is the dynamic preaching that relates the Bible to our everyday lives. The Chancel Choir sings for our worship services from September through May. During the summer months, special music provided by individuals and groups within the church and community is included each week. On special occasions the Faithful Bell Choir performs. The resulting worship experience is one that glorifies God, inspires worshipers and equips believers to carry Christ into the world.
An infant nursery and toddler nursery are offered.
Handicapped Accessibility. Our covered portico and elevator service to all levels of our church make it accessible for people with disabilities.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Many people prefer to dress up or wear business attire. Others prefer to dress casually, in jeans and T-shirts.
Coffee and Conversation. Before and after Sunday School and worship join us in the Parlor for light refreshments and a chance to relax and get to know each other.
On a typical Sunday morning we average about 180-190 in our worship service.
